Until February 2026, Lyric was the Executive Producer at House of SpeakEasy — a nonprofit that connects writers with audiences and supports reading, writing, and public participation in literary culture. In her role as Executive Producer, Lyric led the team behind the critically-acclaimed literary cabaret series Seriously Entertaining. Each month, Seriously Entertaining brings together four incredible writers for a night of live storytelling at Joe’s Pub at The Public Theater. Lyric worked closely with writers (including Bill Buford, Junot Díaz, Mary Gaitskill, Yiyun Li, ZZ Packer, Gary Shteyngart, and many more) to develop and prepare engaging talks. During her tenure, Lyric facilitated two co-productions with The New Yorker, as well as collaborations with Knopf Publishing, powerHouse Books, and the Association of Marshall Scholars.
Lyric served as Executive Producer for the World Monuments Fund 2025 annual summit at the Rockefeller Center. In this role, she worked closely with WMF’s six Executive Directors to produce the centerpiece of the 60th anniversary celebration: a world-spanning, time-traveling storytelling journey that brings the organization’s legacy and spirit to life.
